You don’t have to figure this out alone.

We know what it feels like to stand in the middle of a grocery store, turning labels over and over, unsure of what’s safe anymore. We know the hesitation before ordering at a restaurant, the second-guessing, the quiet worry in the back of your mind. 

This journey didn’t come easy for us—it came through trial, error, frustration, and a whole lot of learning the hard way.

When Tammy was diagnosed with autoimmune conditions, everything changed for us overnight. Food became something we had to study, question, and sometimes even fear. But through that uncertainty, we made a decision—we weren’t going to let confusion or fear control our lives. We chose to learn, to adapt, and to build a new way forward together.

As a mixed-diet couple, we’ve had to figure out how to live in two worlds at once—balancing safety with normalcy, caution with everyday life. It hasn’t always been perfect, but it’s been real. And that’s exactly why we do what we do now.

Everything we share comes from lived experience—not theory. The mistakes, the wins, the lessons… they’re all part of the path that led us here. And if there’s one thing we want you to take away, it’s this: you don’t have to navigate this alone. We’re walking this road too, and we’re here to help make it a little clearer, a little safer, and a whole lot more manageable.
